When you discover at a deep level the conflicts that can arise in your own psyche, it becomes much simpler to make things work better!
When you discover which of the three personality types you are, a Warrior, Settler or Nomad you begin to find you are able to set free the dormant resources within you and capitalise on strengths and abilities you may not yet even realise you have.
The therapy is built around the teaching of Terence Watts MCGI who has devised a simple way of looking at ancestral memory those traits passed down the generations from our earliest ancestors. I find clients really love discovering the things about themselves they never knew before and not only that but they also find a lot suddenly making sense about other people whether it be the family members, friends or work colleagues around them too.
All of us have elements of the three parts but usually one predominates. During a session we find and identify all parts, it is usually then that it becomes apparent which one is the main influencer. The wonderful thing about all this self-discovery is that it is often the inner conflicts that spring from the 'parts' of us pulling in different directions that should be worked on. Perhaps the easiest way to explain is the common feeling of 'shall I shan't I' dilemmas that people find themselves in, once identified the 'parts' can be brought to an agreement; Life becomes easier and simpler then.
WSN is great for work situations too when you can identify the personality traits of those around you and it becomes easier to handle both them and yourself in situations that may have caused you problems in the past.
Usually conducted over 3 or 4 sessions this therapy is often a life changer.
